Whilst most of our orders are completed the same week as ordering, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be dispatched.
As all of our CUSTOM products are made to specification they are NON-refundable unless faulty. This means it’s very important to get the correct measurements when ordering. To get an accurate measurement please refer to our “Size Guide.”
We do not accept responsibility or returns for items that have been intentionally damaged, chewed or misused.
